If I didn't post about every issue that I couldn't figure out, my car would still be broke. If/when I can't fix my Z’s myself, I'll hire someone to fix them for me. Many folks look at this and think my car is broke all of the time, lol. The fact is, I bought my TT broke and fixed it. I knew it would require this before buying it. I haven’t had the $$ to fix everything perfect (new turbos, new longblock etc)right off the start, so I took acceptable risks in the beginning that I would do again given the same situation and knowning what I know now (leak down test). My personal method is to work on my cars myself to gain the first hand experience, knowledge and satisfaction of fixing it myself. Do I consider myself the the best Z mechanic out there, uh no. Do I try to be when working on my Z, YES(!!) and I take a lot of pride in my work to ensure it's done right. Anyone want to race tonight? Fight club, etc? Gary
